1. Wear the portable cervical spine device in the correct way. The first user can wear it according to the mirror, adjust the size of the neck circumference.
2. Fix the upper and middle hook & loop on the front, so as to be suitable for people with different neck circumference.
3. Please tighten the bleed nut of the neck stretcher before the inflatable ball is inflated.
4. Pump the air with the inflatable ball until the force is felt to be appropriate.

Note:
1. During treatment, try to relax the neck and add air pressure slowly to enhance the traction effect.
2. When aerating, it should be done gradually, not too aggressively, and when abnormal reactions such as dizziness occur, it should be slowly deflated until the undue symptoms disappear, and then readjust the use.
3. Avoid contacting hard objects with the inflation ball during use. If the tractor has stains on the surface, it can be cleaned with a wet soft bristle brush after inflation. Do not soak or scrub.
